Hey Guys — as I was packing off my bags for CeBIT Germany, I got this email with a link to a pretty interesting thread someone started on a Forum titled “Would You Buy UBot Again?”
Obviously this thread aroused my curiosity and on clicking it I was very pleased to find what jesdon2 had posted there.
I bought the program a few days ago and absolutely love it! I have outsourced the creation of several programs in the past and had a whole list of others that I wanted done.
I also outsource a lot of seo work and have already managed to cut down on my costs by creating a bot that did a few of general seo tasks for me on the fly. Now, I am working on a backlink indexing program to speed up the indexing process for incoming backlinks.
I do not know anything about programming, but have managed to create several new bots just in the last few days of owning this. For instance, one bot I am working on takes a list of backlinks, goes to the page and grabs the meta data, then loads the url in page2rss and converts the page to rss, grabs the new rss feed and blasts it to several rss directories, then pings the original url and then uses that meta data to make a post to a ping.fm account which sends it to several social bookmarking sites etc.
I hope to also add a function that would allow the bot to scrape a random article from ezinearticles and post it to a wordpress/blogger blog with the backlink in the article, thus in turn pinging the newly posted article and getting the backlink both “juice” and faster indexing.
Needless to say, I would buy it again. Its my new favorite toy and well worth the price tag. The reality is that they could probably get the $200 monthly instead of one time, thank god they don’t though.
Thanks for the nice words mate. =)
As for the bot for posting articles from ezinearticles to wordpress, there is already one which Aaron made and released. Check it out on the forums — download the source code and modify it as per your requirements. Only with UBot Studio!
DISCLAIMER: UBot Studio is not inherently a Blackhat or Whitehat tool. It is simply an automation tool. You can use it to automate virtually any kind of marketing methods – whitehat, blackhat, research, PPC, media buys and you name it!
While browsing BlackHatWorld today, I came across a pretty interesting thread started by crazyflx. Basically, he is documenting his daily UBot Studio experiences.
The main reason I’ve decided to go ahead and do this, is because I currently outsource roughly 2 – 3 software creation projects a month via ScriptLance and GetAFreelancer. I spend anywhere from $800 to $1200 a month on various different projects. If I can actually use this, I’ll be saving myself BUNDLES of money.
I currently have one project specifically in mind, and I’m going to try to create it myself using uBot. I’ll give you guys a daily update on my progress using this software. I want to make it clear, I’m not coming into this with a “programming background” of any kind.
I’m very familiar with iMacros and have created a number of tools with it, but I’m looking to make something a little more complicated, and I’m hoping that uBot is going to allow me to do it.
I’ll let you guys know if it is clumsy, what the learning curve is like and basically just if the software is actually capable of doing what they say it can do on their website. I’m sure I’m going to need support at some point, so I’ll be able to let you guys know what their support is like also. I plan on being very fair in my review of Ubot, and if you guys have any questions about my progress, please feel free to post them on this thread.
You can follow CrazyFlx’s thread here. I requested CrazyFlx to repost it on UBot Studio forums as BHW was having speed issues.
First Progress Post:
Then, I decided to just go ahead and get my hands dirty. Lots of trials and lots of errors ensued. However, the errors were not on the part of the software, but on my part. I’m really enjoying the software, and the learning curve IS NOT very steep. I’m actually going to have a SIMPLE working bot here in about 20 minutes (I’m pretty excited about it). It is a simple automated Page Rank checker/extractor.
You see, I’ve got a list of about 10k pligg, scuttle, scuttleplus and PHPDugg sites that I want to “clean” (so I can use them with bookmark demon). I don’t know which sites work, which sites don’t, what each sites PR is, etc, etc. I’m going to use my bot to check all of the above (while I sleep).
The program is incredibly stable, I haven’t had it crash once (I’m using Vista 32bit). I haven’t requested any support yet, but I’m sure I will in the near future.
I’m starting with a simple project like an automated PR checker just to get a good working feel of the software. After I’m done, I plan on moving on to something of a MUCH bigger project.
All in all so far, I’m really loving the software, and I can see that it’s capabilities, once fully understood, are going to surpass those of winautomation and imacros.
Glad that you are liking UBot Studio CrazyFlx. Looking forward to your other posts!
While doing my daily rounds of forums, I saw a pretty good post by Lawlerskates in the same BHW thread where Gogetta and Sonneti posted.
I just purchased the UBot with a very ambitious idea that would either not be possible without the program, or would be possible but only with extensive coding knowledge.
To be honest I didn’t really think I was going to keep the program, I was just going to see if it was any good, and if not, I was going to get my money back.
I have minimal coding knowledge, I’m just good with computers. So I booted up the program and was a little confused at first. Two hours later, it already seems like there’s nothing I can’t do with this bot.
Once you have used it for a few hours (like I have), the possibilities with it are pretty much endless. I’m nearly done with the bot I had in mind when buying the program.
If you’re considering buying any bots, tool, etc. from this forum, consider buying this program first and making it yourself.
Some guy in the Buy/Sell forum is selling some Youtube bot for some package that is what, $90? It would take me 2 hours MAX to make such a bot, and I’d be able to support myself if there were any problems or if there were any more features I wanted with the bot.
Furthermore, this tool is much better than iMacros and WinAutomation (which I had first originally tried to make my bot with). To make the bot I was planning with those, it’d have taken me weeks to finish the bot, and it wouldn’t have nearly as much functionality.
On top of all this, the bot is self-contained. You can make a bot that runs 24/7 in the background, while you’re playing Counter-Strike or listening to music. Great job on the program.
PS: And I’m not an affiliate. I don’t want to be one either. With a good idea and this program, I will be making more money than any affiliate can muster up.
Thanks a lot for your kind words Lawlerskates and we are glad that you are satisfied with UBot Studio. We are always open to ideas and suggestions to make it even better – keep ‘em coming!
I was genuinely surprised and felt a warm fuzzy feeling when Alex (alcr @ UBot Studio Forums) linked me to this Appreciation Thread. Thanks for your kind words and thanks to all the members active on the forums and helping each other.
In my short time here UBot has gone through some drastic changes and this software is well on its way to be absolutely badass.
I just know one thing about running a business – if we don’t care about our customers and don’t keep focusing on our core objective (which is to keep developing and enhancing a kick-ass software that lets you automate your marketing), we are toast!
If we ever get sidetracked from this, don’t forget to remind us. =) And thanks again for your kind words – it is very encouraging to get this pat on the back.

Rob Adler, popularly known as Bofu2U at many forums, is an SEO expert and runs a popular blog called Contempt. He is the guy who wrote The Automation Mindset and Automation, More Addicting Than Crack.
Now he has spoken about UBot Studio and he is officially in love. His Only Complaint? UBot will not do his Homework… Read Contempt’s Review of UBot Studio.
All in all I must say I’m completely impressed with UBot. UBot Studio is probably the best way to take the powerful programs and scripts that I have made over the years, and allow someone with no programming knowledge to pick it up and do almost the exact same thing.
The power behind this is truly amazing!
Some of the Pros and Cons that Rob’s Evil Brain came up with -
Pros of UBot Studio
Ease in Use
Newbies can learn how to use it quickly
Can write powerful automated tools, many that actually even rival mine in terms of what it can do.
Can be exported and given to friends to use (hint: outsourcing…)
Can even outsource captcha’s using the built-in technology (extra charge but extremely cheap for the captchas themselves, not a charge by uBot)
Unlimited Possibilities, even into having it log into your bank accts and check your balances for you.
Cons of UBot Studio:
uBot won’t do my homework, or yours.
uBot doesn’t come stock with a ‘make money’ button, but it does however allow you to make one.

While the main objective of UBot Studio is to let people make their own “custom tailored” bots without any programming skills, it is always fun to see people making a chunk change selling their generic bots – Made With UBot Studio.
I was pleasantly surprised and happy when I got this email from Aaron Nimocks with a screenshot of how much he has made selling a bot that took less than 45 minutes to make. And he is still selling it like hotcakes!
The reason I bought UBot was to make my own bots and then sell them. After watching the tutorials I realized with my minimal PHP experience that I could create tons of bots insanely fast.
For my first project out of many that were running through my head, I made a Twitter Blog Commenter. This bot only took me 45 minutes to make and I made $437 in 3 days on Warrior Forums!
I made well over what I invested in this software in under a day.
You can see the bot that he is selling here. Stay tuned for his screenshot of earning tomorrow.

One of the frequent question which we are asked about UBot Studio is that how does it compare to iMacros. I usually shy from answering this question directly as I don’t have extensive experience with iMacros. However, a lot of our customer do.
Guerrilla has earlier posted a pretty in-depth comparison of UBot Studio and iMacros. Yesterday, in the same discussion thread where Sonneti had also posted, another user Gogetta had posted this –
I have used both iMacros and UBot Studio, iMacros is good tool and I love it.
But buying iMacros for $500 dollars was a mistake and I honestly regret it. I regret it due to the fact that if you want to use iMacros for large projects and fully automating tasks, you need to know another programing language too.
With UBot Studio it took me about 3 days to learn most of the commands. I have now made some real bots that can make decisions.
If a CAPTCHA is entered wrongly the first time, it will loop till it is entered correctly. That’s unlike iMacros, which would just move on since there is no conditional statements within the software itself. I mean you can use conditional statements, but only if you know other programing languages also.
Anyway one of my bots creates accounts for 30 video sites and then it spins titles, descriptions, and tags and uploads it to those sites.
Now I’ll be honest though and say it does take a little bit more time creating bots in UBot Studio though. But I think that’s only cause you’re creating them with conditional statements.
All in all, no one can tell me that iMacros is better. I have made some of the most complex bots with iMacros, and it cant compare to UBot Studio. Unless, you know another scripting language to control it.
Oh, and UBot Studio really is noob friendly!
Thanks for that comparison Gogetta. You can read his original post here. Just for record, UBot Studio is NOT a Blackhat SEO tool but rather an Automation Tool that can be used for automating Whitehat SEO too – that’s the flexibility of UBot Studio.

I was browsing BHW forums a few days ago and found that in a thread about UBot Studio, one of our customers had posted this for a review –
UBot Studio is amazing. With UBot, I’ll probably never have to buy any SEO, Link Building, Blog Commenting, Scrapers, RSS Submit etc. ever again.
I can Build Bots Super-Fast & I’m getting Faster. To give you an idea, I built a Fully Functioning Twitter Bot which auto follows, friend thief, auto non-followers, auto tweeter etc. in just about 45 minutes.
Doing the same thing in iMacros would take at least a day or probably longer. And, since UBot Creates a .exe, I can share it with my outsourcers and never have to worry about any compatibility problems.
Doing a bit more research on “Sonneti”, I found out that he had released the Twitter Bot he mentioned above for free on his website. You can read his UBot Studio review or download his twitter bot on his website.
chihpih on DigitalPoint AKA DJKomputer AKA the IT Genius at a large Investment Bank in New York posted this unsolicited review in a forum thread.
I spent some time with UBot today and watched a tutorial on how to create a Google Keyword tool scrapper.
All I can say is wow! This has to be the best webmaster software I have ever seen in my 13+ years of Internet experience.
The software will take a lot of time to fully understand and you must be prepared to watch a few demo videos to get the grasp of things. You should have a concept of programming or at least be able to learn from the demos.
Purchase of the software also gives you access to UBot forums where you can ask questions and get help if you get stuck at some point of creating your own bot.
I will watch more videos and try creating a scrapper that feeds my own needs and work on other bots in the future.
Rating 11/10 – forget hours doing repetitive things or trying to outsource some simple jobs, make any kind of bot you want, well worth the money, requires some programming / logic understanding
UBot does have a small learning curve. It is not a magic solution that will do everything “out of box”. So when you buy it, you have to be willing to spend some time learning it using the extensive resources — it is easy. Also, there is always the support forum to help you.
But I say it is absolutely worth it to put in that small effort into learning UBot — imagine the thousands of dollars that you will save on buying other software or hiring programmers.

I just logged into one of the forums to find that one of UBot customers, who is also a member on the same forum, had sent me a pretty flattering Private Message.
Rudy is not a programmer and had got his copy of UBot only a week ago. Here’s his experience of UBot, one week in –
I purchased UBot because I wanted to employ a tool that empowered me to take control of my automation, at the same time as dramatically reducing the cost of automation.
In my first 6 hours I built a Facebook and Twitter UBot and in the next 2 hours integrated the logic of my bots to make an all powerful Facebook Twitter lead generator.
As a non programmer I have spent many years struggling to communicate requirements to software developers. Now I can produce the software myself and implement changes anytime I wish – at no extra cost!!
I think UBot is about putting control in the hands of the people who are driving the markets.
The Internet Marketer.
Power to the People!

Internet Marketer & UBot Maker..
Thanks a lot for your flattering remarks Rudy. We work hard on UBot so that people like you are able to create such powerful software bots that easily.
